If something is changing that might affect your policy, you’ll need to get in touch beforehand to let us know. For example, if:
- you’re making changes to your property like adding an extension
- your home will be empty for longer than usual
- someone will be living with you who doesn’t normally

Working from home?
If you're working from home using a computer, doing paperwork or phone calls, you don't need to tell us. For other types of work from home such as making things, or services like hairdressing, let us know. We can check you're covered.
