Manage your account online

As a Halifax Car Finance customer you're able to manage your account quickly and easily online.

Here’s some of the things you can do online:

  • Make a payment
  • Change your payment date
  • Check your statement
  • Request a settlement figure

To sign in you’ll need your agreement number. If you can’t find it, call us on 0333 202 7967.

Coronavirus support

If you’ve been financially affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have support available.

Customers can request a payment holiday. We can also provide details about what options you have with your car finance agreement and managing your account online.

Good car condition guide

At the end of your car finance agreement you may choose to return your vehicle.

Throughout your agreement you must keep the vehicle in good condition allowing for fair wear and tear.

If the car, its equipment or accessories have not been used, maintained or looked after as originally agreed then we may make end of contract charges.
