If you’ve been impacted by coronavirus we’re here to help. If you’re coming to the end of a Payment Holiday or you’re worried about making your payments, we have options and tools available to support you.

If you think your money worries might be long term or you’re not sure which option is right for you, use our online tool first to work out what you can afford to pay. You can then call us on 0333 202 7967 so we can talk it through.

Manage your account online

As a Halifax Car Finance customer you're able to manage your account quickly and easily online.

Here’s some of the things you can do online:

  • Make a payment
  • Change your payment date
  • Check your statement
  • Request a settlement figure

Good car condition guide

At the end of your car finance agreement you may choose to return your vehicle.

Throughout your agreement you must keep the vehicle in good condition allowing for fair wear and tear.

If the car, its equipment or accessories have not been used, maintained or looked after as originally agreed then we may make end of contract charges.
