Once you've cancelled your card it can't be reinstated.

If you’ve misplaced your card, you can freeze your card temporarily.

How to do it

Online Banking

Simply sign in, fill out our short online form and we’ll cancel your card straight away.

You'll receive your replacement card in 5 working days depending on the type of card you have ordered.

Sign in to report it

Mobile Banking app

Sign in to our app, type lost or stolen in the search bar and fill out a quick form.

We'll cancel your card straight away. You'll receive your new card in 5 working days, depending on the type of card you have ordered.

What happens next

For debit cards you will be able to view your new card details in our app the next day, and for credit cards within 5 days. This lets you use your new card details online while waiting for your new card to arrive in the post.

If you're registered for Wallet Pay apps such as Apple Pay or Google Pay™, you can use your mobile device to pay for your shopping while you wait for your new card to arrive in the post.

If you're not registered, our app gives you all the details you need to sign up to these services.
