Your right to know what personal information is held about you

Giving out personal details of one sort or another is part of daily life. People do it when out shopping with loyalty cards, or phoning their electricity supplier, or registering their details on a website. All of this helps companies to build a picture of a person as their customer. But have you ever wondered exactly what details an organisation holds about you? Or how much time and effort it would take to find out?

It's easy to get access to the information we hold on you through our Mobile Banking app, online banking and even your monthly statement. 

If you require support in finding what you need you can contact our Customer services Team on 0345 720 3040 (+44 113 242 1984 from outside the UK). Lines are open 7am - 11pm, seven days a week.

We aim to provide you with the information you require without you having to write to us or complete an online form.

If there is something specific you want to know or have been unable to locate on any of those, you can make a request for that information. It's easy, free and you get a response in 30 days. Under the current data protection legislation you are entitled to request any personal information that Lloyds Banking Group holds about you.
