What personal information do we have?

Your right to know what personal information is held about you

Due to the challenging times we’re all experiencing, our colleagues are working hard helping customers with their essential banking services, including supporting those who are in the most vulnerable situations. As a result we have had to pause some non-essential services including Data Subject Access Requests.

Giving out personal details of one sort or another is part of daily life. People do it when out shopping with loyalty cards, or phoning their electricity supplier, or registering their details on a website. All of this helps companies to build a picture of a person as their customer. But have you ever wondered exactly what details an organisation holds about you? Or how much time and effort it would take to find out?

It's easy to get access to the information we hold on you through our Mobile Banking app, online banking and even your monthly statement. If there is something specific you want to know or have been unable to locate on any of those, you can make a request for that information. It's easy, free and you get a response in 30 days. If you want to contact us about your details, see the  How to get a copy of your personal information section of our Privacy Notice.
