Ways to pay with your app

Make payments easily

Use Pay a Contact to make quick, simple payments to someone’s phone number – just select a number from your phone contacts – no need to use their bank details.

If you prefer to pay with bank details – you can do this too. Pay someone you’ve paid before, or set up new payments to those you haven’t whenever you want with the mobile app. Terms and conditions apply.

Keep up with your regular payments

Set up, amend and cancel standing orders and manage your direct debits whenever you’ve got a spare minute.

You can tell us if you need a new card or PIN

It’s easy to let us know if you need a new card or PIN – or tell us if yours has been lost or stolen. Just sign in and select the right option from the menu. We’ll take you through the rest.

Tell us if you’re going abroad

You can also let us know if you’re planning to travel abroad, so we can expect spending on your cards. Just sign in and choose the option in the app menu.
