Don’t worry - your cash is added to your account instantly, so you can withdraw it straight away if you need to.
The machine counts each note individually. If something doesn’t look right, just press ‘Cancel’ and your money will be returned straight away.
Give us a call and our team will help you raise a dispute, or pop into a branch where we can look into it for you. Your cash stays protected while we investigate.
You may have reached your monthly paying in limit. If that happens, just visit your nearest branch to complete your deposit.
