We’ve actively reached out to eligible key worker Motor Insurance customers and made additional breakdown assistance available to them, if they need it, at no extra cost.
We’ve also pledged to provide a guaranteed replacement vehicle for eligible key workers in the event of an accident.

If your car insurance policy is up for renewal, we won't automatically renew your policy. Your policy will only be automatically renewed if you've opted in for this service when you purchased your original policy, either online or over the phone.
We’ll contact you 28 days before the policy is due to expire with your new renewal quote. You can then choose to accept the renewal quote or cancel it using the online Self-Service Centre.
Alternatively, you can call us to accept or cancel your renewal quote over the phone. If you're not happy with you're quote we can also ask our panel of insurers to quote you again.
