The Halifax brand is changing to Lloyds
If you use the Halifax app and online banking, we’ll invite you to start using the Lloyds app instead. You’ll be able to carry on looking after your Halifax accounts there. The Lloyds app and online banking are similar to Halifax, so it should feel familiar.
You can do this in our app
- Ask our colleagues about help, support, and new products.
- No more searching for phone numbers.
- You won't have to remember any passwords.
To call through the app, you must be calling from the mobile phone number registered with us. If it's incorrect, you can change your mobile number online.
How to do it

- Select Message us 24/7.
- Select the category that matches what you want to speak to us about.
- Follow the onscreen instructions and select Call us to speak to a helpful adviser.
