A personal review takes place in an available branch with one of our Banking Consultants – and it’s free! Our Banking Consultant will take a detailed look at your spending to see how they can help with your money. They’ll also go through solutions and more support if needed.

What you need to bring with you

What you need to bring with you

  • If you bank online or use our Mobile Banking app, you'll need a device with internet access to hand, like a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
  • Proof of your identity - this would be to open new accounts if needed, and if you don’t already bank with us. Bring with you, one government issued document such as a full driving licence or passport. You’ll also need one more document showing your address, such as a council tax bill, bank statement or utility bill.
  • Your National Insurance number.
  • Any information you have about products with other financial organisations. Examples of these could be balance and interest rate details for your current account, savings, loans, credit cards, mortgage and home insurance.

Helping Hand appointments

If you are going through financial difficulty, we’re here to help. Our specially trained colleagues can support you.

If during a personal review we notice you might be struggling with your finances, they’ll move you on to a Helping Hand appointment. They’ll give you support, offer guidance and help you with the best course of action.
