Let us know if you're changing your address.

If you're moving abroad, the change is for a child’s account, or you need letters sent to more than one address, please visit a branch or call us.

To change your address in our app

Sign in

First you’ll need to sign in to the app.

‘Profile and settings’

Select the 'menu' icon in the top right hand corner of the app.

My contact details

Select edit next to your address and then follow the on-screen commands.

All done

That's it, you've updated your address. The change will take place immediately. You'll see the change next time you sign in.

Other ways to change your address

  • You can drop into one of our branches. You can also change your address if you’re moving abroad, the change is for a child’s account, or you need letters sent to more than one address.

  • You can write to us to change your address as well. Please send your letter to:

    Please include this reference number: P1COA. We will also need your:

    • Name
    • Old address
    • New address
    •  Product account or policy number
    • Date of birth
    • Phone number or email address
    • Signature.

    For accounts or other personal products or services with one or more of these Lloyds Banking Group companies: Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Bank or MBNA - we will update them with your new address.

    For any insurance set up by us, please contact your provider to update them with your new address. It could affect your policy if you don’t.

Mobile Banking: We don’t charge you for Mobile Banking but your mobile operator may charge for some services, please check with them. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. You must be registered for Online Banking. Terms and conditions apply.

Mobile Banking app: Our Mobile Banking app is available to Online Banking customers with a UK personal account and valid registered phone number. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Our app does not work on jailbroken or rooted devices. Device registration required.
