It’s easy to manage your personal details in Online Banking.

Tell us how you’d like to be contacted or change your username and password to make them easier to remember.

You can easily access your personal details by selecting ‘Your profile’ from the toolbar.

  1. Review or amend your telephone numbers and e-mail address, or find out how to change your address.
  2. Manage your Online Banking preferences and update your details, such as changing your username or password.
  3. Update your Online Banking details:
  • Choose a username that's memorable to you to make it easier to log on
  • Make your password and memorable information secure and personal to you to stay safe online
