Removing someone from a joint account

You can remove someone from your joint account in branch. Just make sure any overdraft debts are cleared before you do. Both of you will need to sign forms agreeing to the removal.

If you remove a cardholder, you’re responsible for their credit card until it’s destroyed. If you can’t get the card back, please contact us. You can also freeze cards or certain transaction types using the Mobile Banking app.
