Changing your address is simple with our Mobile Banking app. It’s speedy, saves time and can be done in just a few easy steps.
First you’ll need to sign in to the app. Then click the menu icon, go to ‘Settings and Info’ and ‘Your personal details’. Select your address and then follow the on-screen commands.

If you’re moving abroad, the change is for a child’s account, or you need letters sent to more than one address, please visit your local branch.

For any insurance set up by us, please contact your provider to update them with your new address. It could affect your policy if you don’t.
