Update your phone number

If you have a new phone number, let us know so that you can continue to set up new payments in Online Banking.

To change your phone number in Online Banking, sign in and choose 'Your profile' from the tool bar at the top of your account homepage, then select 'Update my details'. Alternatively, you can visit us in branch or contact Telephone Banking.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR YOUR SECURITY, WHEN YOU UPDATE A PHONE NUMBER, IT'LL BE 2 DAYS BEFORE WE CAN USE THE NEW NUMBER TO CALL YOU IF YOU'RE SETTING UP A NEW RECIPIENT IN ONLINE BANKING.
