To access live prices (“Market Data”) from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) online, you are required to complete this form to declare your status as a non-professional investor.

All customers trading US shares will also need to complete a W-8BEN (PDF, 61KB) form which can be emailed to StockbrokingUSTaxForm@lloydsbanking.com.

  • Halifax Share Dealing agrees to make market data available to you, in line with the NYSE subscriber agreement terms and conditions (PDF, 27KB). Before you complete this form, please read and make sure you’re happy to agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Once submitted, your request will be processed within 1 working day. We are not able to complete this request over the phone or by WebChat and we will email you to confirm when your account has been updated. If any of the details in this form are not clear, we may need to contact you which could increase the time it takes for your form to be processed.
