Report your card as lost or stolen online

You can report your card as lost or stolen online if you’re registered for Online Banking. Simply sign in and fill out our short online form, and we’ll cancel your card. You'll receive your replacement card in 3-5 working days depending on the type of card you have ordered.

Freeze your misplaced card

If you've misplaced your card and don't want to cancel it, you can put a temporary freeze on your card using our Mobile Banking app. You can even freeze just certain transactions.

Already reported your debit card as lost or stolen?

If you have reported your debit card as lost or stolen, you can view your new debit card details the next day in our Mobile Banking app.
