Your monthly mortgage payment

You can see all your mortgage payments over the last 12 months in Online Banking or our Mobile App.

You can do this even if your mortgage is the only account you have with us. It’s extra easy.

  • See your current balance
  • See the interest rates you pay
  • Find out how much interest we've charged

It can take up to 48 hours for your payments to show on your statement even though the money will have left your bank account.

How you can make your monthly payment

By Direct Debit

You'll need to complete a Direct Debit Instruction form (PDF) and return it to us. Or, you can call us on 0345 850 3705 and we’ll make the change over the phone. We’re available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.

Whichever way you tell us, you're still covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. We'll also write to you to confirm your Direct Debit Instruction.

By standing order

You can also set up a monthly by standing order from any bank using:

  • Sort code 30-00-00
  • Account number 00332275
  • Your 14 digit mortgage account number with 00 on the end as your reference e.g. 10************00.

Payments are only sent on working days. So if your standing order is due to leave your account on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will actually leave the next working day.

You should allow up to 3 working days for your payment to reach us.

By speaking to us

You can make a mortgage payment using your debit card by calling us on 0345 850 3705. We’re available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. Otherwise, come and see us in branch.

  • You'll need your 14 digit account number. If paying over the phone, please add 00 to the end e.g. 10************00.
  • We can only take debit card payments from customers named on the mortgage. We don't accept credit cards or debit Mastercards (cards beginning with a 5).
