You can do this even if your mortgage is the only account you have with us. It’s extra easy.
It can take up to 48 hours for your payments to show on your statement even though the money will have left your bank account.

You'll need to complete a Direct Debit Instruction form and return it to us. Or, you can call us on 0345 850 3705 and we’ll make the change over the phone. We’re available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.
Whichever way you tell us, you're still covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. We'll also write to you to confirm your Direct Debit Instruction.

Payments are only sent on working days. So if your standing order is due to leave your account on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will actually leave the next working day.
