A payment holiday is when you take a break from paying part or all of your monthly payment but you've not made any earlier overpayments against which you can underpay.
To apply for a payment holiday you must contact us. Payment holidays increase the amount you owe. For this reason, we have a payment holiday policy and we'll assess your application to see if you meet all our policy requirements. We don't guarantee that we'll agree to a payment holiday.
