What is Renters Insurance?

Renters Insurance is contents cover designed specifically for renters and tenants with no annual contracts. A flexible monthly contract that you can cancel or make changes to at any time, with no admin fees.

If you're renting by yourself, with a partner, or with up to 3 flatmates, Halifax Renters Insurance has kept it nice and simple for you. We will protect your things while they are in your home from theft and damage caused by leaks, fire or flooding up to £10,000.

Plus, with our optional Anywhere Cover, you can choose to protect up to 5 items from loss or theft and from accidental damage both inside and outside your home too, nice! You can add things like your mobile phone, bicycle or laptop, all on one flexible monthly contract.
