The Overdraft Support Service isn’t currently available

We’ve stopped taking requests for the Overdraft Support Service for now, but we may contact you in future if this service becomes available again.

You can still reduce your arranged overdraft limit online

Although we couldn’t set up the Limit Reduction Plan for you, you’re still able to lower your limit online in a few simple steps, when you sign in to the Mobile Banking app or Online Banking. Just tap ‘Overdraft’ in the account menu and follow the instructions. From here you can choose a lower limit that’s right for you – it just needs to be higher than your current arranged overdraft balance.
