The keypads and screens on our cash machines (ATMs) are clear and easy to use. We use the Centre for Accessible Environments guidelines to design them.
We’re also installing Talking ATMs as we replace existing machines. You can plug in standard headphones and listen to audio instructions to help you with your banking. If you insert your headphones before your card, you can also listen to a welcome message to help you navigate the cashpoint machine PIN pad.
